I personally think it looks creepy. It also adds to the “men are superior to women” stereotype that Muslims sometimes feed into by having the woman behind the man.
When I first saw it I thought it was about having death always breathing down our neck. I kinda liked that interpretation more.

Umm they’re both back-to-back. The man is just as behind the woman as the woman is behind the man.
